Yering Farm The Fox Trot Cabernet Sauvignon 2008foxtrot

Style: Full bodied red

Region: Yarra Valley, VIC

Tasting Note: An herbaceous nose with underlying aromas of cassis and mocha. The palate is nicely developed with complex spice complementing the juicy plum characters. Grainy tannins with great structure.

Final Say: Drink it right this instant; don’t bother with the cellaring. $18.99 a bottle.

Score: 16.5 out of 20
